At present, only pigeon feed products are available for UK-wide shipping.
All other pet and poultry products are available for collection in-store.

When online sales launch, the following will apply:

We deliver pigeon feed and selected items throughout the UK using reputable couriers.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Risk of damage or loss passes to you once goods are delivered.

6. Click & Collect (Future Service)

If a click-and-collect option is offered:

You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within the specified timeframe (usually 7 days).
Please bring your order confirmation and proof of identity when collecting.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns for Online Purchases
