Our biohazard removal services are provided with the utmost care and attention to safety. Our cleaners wear all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for their safety, so if you feel uncomfortable with a cleaner arriving in PPE, please request this prior to our visit and alternative arrangements can be discussed. Under no circumstances will a cleaner carryout any work without PPE.
The biohazard cleaning services provided are performed by trained professionals using industry standard equipment and procedures. There is a risk of exposure to hazardous materials during the cleaning process, so we advise all clients to leave the property during this procedure or to isolate in another area of the property. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept the risk. We cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness that may result from exposure to hazardous materials or substances. The customer assumes all liability for any personal injury that may result from the cleaning process should they choose not to leave the property.
• All payments for biohazard work must be made in full 24hrs prior to the agreed date.
• Any works that are cancelled within 48hrs will not be refunded.
• If we are unable to enter the property on the day, Cinda’s Cleaning will not provide a refund
• If Cinda’s Cleaning cancels a booking, a full refund will be made to client.
• Cinda’s Cleaning reserve the right to pursue missed payments as necessary.
• If you are unhappy with the clean, please make us aware within 24hrs so we are able to come back and address the issue. We do not offer refunds for any cleans.
