Winchfield Village Hall Coffee Morning – 1st September 2017
Thank you to all our friends a Winchfield for their wonderful fund raising event. We thank especially Kirsty and her grandchildren. The children organised the raffle, made tickets and sold them! The Coffee Morning raised the grand total of £310! This money will go towards paying for the two new boreholes that have been constructed in the villages of Lumwila and Petilos. These two villages have suffered an outbreak of cholera, two children died and many were hospitalised. The cause of the outbreak was dirty water, humans and animals drinking from the same water hole.

UPDATE: New boreholes have now been installed in both villages and are working well. The mothers and children sang and danced they were so happy.
